Matt Dunford is the founder and owner of MJD Personal Training. In 2001 Matt trained with Premier Training and qualified as an Advanced Personal Trainer (Level 3). He is fully qualified as a first aider, so you can rest assured you are in safe hands. Matt is also a member of the register of Exercise Professionals. "I am genuinely interested in all aspects of sport and have competed semi-professionally in athletics and Motocross (Expert level AMCA)"
